I wan to know how big size one photo can be uploaded. I need this info to calculate my space size required before I subscribe to web hosting.

There is no requirement to photo size. Pictures are resampled anyways. So you can upload as heavy as possible picture and it will be resized and thus its weight will differ. Pictures are resized into the following way:
Main picture: 100x150 pixels
Additional pictures: 250x250 pixels
as the result each picture is not more than 11 Kb.
Generally i can say that you can start with something like budget plan ($5) of hostforweb and then as site grows you can upgrade.
If money is not an issue then you can buy something similar to HFW's HFWVPS-1 for 39.95$ http://www.hostforweb.com/vps.html this will give you good server for at least a year. |
