When i order this product and pay for it, you send me a link , when i click the link am i able to download a fully functioning application to my computer or is it software based online?

Since all order and payment procedures past you get an access to our customers area where you can downlload our script and additionals.
aeDating is not a computer application but a PHP script.
It's created for functioning on web servers which meet following requirements:
Linux/Unix OS or Windows OS;
Apache Web Server;
PHP 4.1.0 or higher (Apache and CGI modules);
MySQL 3.23.xx or higher;
ImageMagick;
Sox binary;
SendMail;
Cron;
Shell access (SSH).
If you can provide your own computer with this requirements then our dating script will work on your computer. But usually the Hosting provider's service is being utilized for aeDating functioning.
Should you be willing to place an order, let me know your full name
and I will send you a payment request for secure online payment via
credit/debit card. Alternatively, you may use PayPal, Western Union
