Though You install USERPLANE chat and IM on your server, the connection is still being carried out via USERPLANE Macromedia Flash Communication Server (Required for Flash Network Applications). This is why traffic fees take place. Self-hosting, as an alternative, is also available.
Also, we have concluded an exclusive agreement with UserPlane according to which, UP will provide its basic package for AEwebworks clients for 50$ per month, which is three times cheaper than it used to be.
