Hallo
I was looking at the online demo.
When I choose "couple profile" in the signup I see the page reload, but I see no change in the fields.
It should say that the following data are for the FIRST person, as on the second page correctply states that are the SECOND person data.

Dear Eagleman,
After you choose "couple" and the page is reloaded you will not see the changes on this page.
All you need is to complete the first join page till the very end and push "NEXT" button. The second page loaded will be the join form for a second person.
