This chat script supports the following features:

NEW - Room Jumping! - Form based shrotcut from any room to any other public room.
"/" Commands added! The following commands, if placed at the beginning of your message, will allow you to access extra functions:
1. /nick "nickname" - changes your nick to "nickname".
2. /color "color" - changes your color to "color".
3. /me "action" - Displays your "action" as an action.
4. /msg "nickname" "message" - Sends your "message" as a private message to "nickname".
5. /ignore "nickname" - Ignores "nickname".
6. /ignore "nickanme" off - UnIgnores "nickname".
e_Chat includes optional "ignore" function! Users can choose not to see the text of another, quickly and easily!
Fast client pull message refresh. No CGI process is used to display message page, so it's easy on your server.
Sending a message triggers refresh. This means that users will see their message posted almost immediately.
Message page self-repairs on error! Sooner or later, a Perl process will fail on a busy server, and a write to message.htm will not be completed. This script will fix a busted page, allowing chatters to keep right on chatting!
"Nick Insert Links" on message page. Users never have to type in others nicknames. Just click the user's nickname and it pops into the message box!
Optional cookie can be set by the user, storing their nickname and text color for future sessions.
Unecessary graphic "doo-dads" are kept OFF the message page! Except for small, low-impact "Smileys", graphic content is kept off the message page to speed refresh and minimize server error.
Free Private Room Addon - Users can log on and create their own private room. The form allows the creator of the room to send automatic invitations to other chatters, via private messages. Administrative functions allow either manual or automatic deletion of unused rooms.
A handy Administrative frameset (see demo) that only you can activate.
Browsers that can't do frames automatically display a frame-free log on. This version is simple to use, and works with any browser. Even DOS users can use this chat!
Framefree autorefresh mode for MSIE 3.02 and WebTV users.
Cursor Automatically pops into text box. - no need to use the mouse for normal chatting. Just hit enter to send message.
Banned words are translated into any word you want. Tons of Fun!!
