aeDating Technical Support via LiveChat

We are happy to announce that aeDating technical support is now provided via LiveChat as well. For two years we have provided technical support to our clients via private support forum where only client and techs had correspondence. This was good for two reasons at least:

1) It honored client's privacy as no other client could see correspondence with another client

2) It kept all the information in one place.

at 2004 we have decided to launch public forum for our clients as it was obvious that clients wanted to share with each other about their mods, ideas and general experience regarding aeDating

Yesterday, April 1st, 2005 we have launched LiveSupport to current clients. Now support became even better as techs are able to solve small and medium issues online. Although, LiveSupport works 6 days/10 hours per week at the moment still increases our service level and strengthens our position of dating software specialist that REALLY offers livetime free technical support.

In addition to private and public forums and LiveSupport we provide detailed howtos and manual for each new version of aeDating. This way, aewebworks technical support outstands ticket support of our competitors that is always complicated to use and not very user-friendly.
