Translation of some fields

Hi,

i need more information for translation of the script. There are some fields, that i could'nt translate in the language file. For ex. ther is a field where the Gender is written in a drop down window in the Homeepage. Yopu can translate every Gender without "all". Ore bye the Join Form: at the top of the picture is a section you can select Singel and couple. I can not translate this parts also.
Also i try to translate this script in to Turkish and i need to use special carakters. For ex. we write I with a dor at the top. When we do the translation the script shows it without a dot. When i write it in big chracters its ok but there are some field there shoul be written in small characters. But the system can not convert it because i write it in the language file in big chracters to see the dot at the top of I.
