If, for some reason, you lose your password to the customer area or it doesn't match, contact us with a request to give you access again. Please, provide us with the full name of the license holder, the license number and a copy of the passport (or any other ID,i.e. drivers license) to be able to verify your identity. This is done for security reasons to protect your access to the customer area.

You can fax us copy of license holder id (passport, driver license, etc) to
+1-501-647-8588.
!!!Note that you can remove any numbers from your ID, all we need is license
holder name and picture on it.
!!!Note also that we do not collect or anyhow use your personal information
and all these time of work should have proven us trustworthy. This is simple
a security procedure. Failure to meet its requirements will result in no
support. |
